Ray was on time and very thorough, although my gas dryer was so old the part he needed was not available. He gave it his very best in attempting to fix it.

I do not typically write Yelp reviews; however, this experience was so unprofessional and frustrating that I feel compelled to share it. ... Overall, this was a disappointing experience marked by poor communication, lack of professionalism, and questionable business practices. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this company.

5 stars for the customer service, responsiveness, and communication. I needed my Viking range serviced as my oven would reach temperature and then fluctuate below/above by 50 degrees. Not a good thing when you're baking and end up with dry cupcakes and flat cookies. Chris was very friendly, responsive... Highly recommend De Anza Appliance as quick to get an appointment and professional service. Oven is working great again.

Called DeAnza Appliance to evaluate some problems on clothes washer, dryer, and refrigerator all over 14 years old. Gus came when scheduled. Washer and dryer were fixed on the first call and Gus provided some good advice for the future.

The technician was very professional and quick. Fixed my stove issue and was polite throughout the whole process. Would recommend their service to others.
