Our floor was swelling due to a leaking dish washer. We called Domestic Appliance and as we live in Concord they sent out Lyel. He immediately recognized the problem, ordered the needed replacement parts and when the parts arrived a few days later fixed the leak at a very reasonable price. Couldn't have been better! We highly recommend Domestic Appliances for appliance repair!

Lyle was great. Diagnosed the issue with my 20-year old dryer and had it fixed in 45 minutes. He's very knowledgeable and professional. I will call them again!

I had a Dacor microwave oven that quit heating. It was 6 years old. I was planning on just replacing it. I decided to contact Domestic Appliance Service. Lyle came out. He was on time, prepared, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced the door switch, and the microwave was back in service. I then took my lovely wife out to dinner. Why, you might ask? I was prepared to spend $1500.00 for a new microwave, plus installation. My repair was $150.00. So, in my mind, I made $1350.00. Because I had already planned on spending the money, and I didn't have to!

These guys were on time, Kevin and Mike were very nice and got to the root of the problem. They explained everything step by step. We would definitely use them again!

Lyle arrived on time this morning and I explained that my disposal and dishwasher wouldn't turn on. He looked under the sink and figured out the problem within 2 minutes. Highly recommend this company.
