I have a house in Tiburon and recently found out from my plumber that there were a lot of mouse or rat droppings under my house in the crawlspace. Brian gave us a free inspection that included pictures and quoted us a very affordable price that included all of the proofing/exclusion work, all of the trapping, and a 3 year guarantee. I’ve been rodent free ever since. If you’re looking for the best, give Brian a call.
