James is amazing. They fixed my pencilvac within a day. Excellent service, and everything was covered under warranty.

Amazing customer service. The gentleman working there is quick, knowledgeable, and courteous. It looks like it's a one-person operation so patience is key!

Only one service store at the SF bay area. The door is open; but,no customer service member at this store. No sign says need to scan QR code for check in. More than 6 customers are waiting. Very low efficiency. Rather to buy another brand products.

We got here right at 10 am as my Dyson air wrap started to malfunction and I leave for a trip In less than 10 days. The representative was so attentive and helpful. He took a look at my machine and came back with a diagnostic. Unfortunately my machine was not fixable but he was able to help me with replacing it since I am still within warranty. He even checked if they had anything in stock so I got to go home with a new one today and now don't have to stress about it arriving on time for my trip. I really appreciate the assistance.

Reading the reviews, I was expecting the worse but it was the best! Go in, there's a QR scanner to put your info in. The service tech comes out, takes your device to the backroom, and will come out with a verdict. Customer 1: Got their vacuum fixed Customer 2: Blow dryer after 1 year, can't fix. He said it was still under warranty, so go that route Customer 3/me: My Dyson v10 after 6 years just stopped working. He took it in, came out after 5 minutes and said it was my charger that wasn't working. He gave me his charger for free! Note: My vacuum was out of warranty. I tried to fix this via the Dyson website and customer service. Not helpful. Was going to trash the vacuum but saw this place. So saved myself a couple hundred $$!! Quick service. He's busy so it's short and sweet.
