Still stuck looking at a bunch of loose ends that never got finished by ENG. It makes me mad every time I go into my newly-renovated basement. That's what we get for trusting people. I really should've known better after encountering so many jerks during our renovation, though.

When we bought a home, we knew it would take us some work to make it habitable. We had grand ideas and a tight budget. We were very lucky to have met Dave and Abel on this project and have them help us realize this vision. They delivered on what we were expecting and then some more. When we faced certain challenges and realized some things couldn't be done, they came up with creative solutions that were a great workaround. The project was completed within our expected tolerance range of the quoted budget. We were always confident that they had our best interests in mind. They are super friendly and easy to work with. This is an important factor in a stressful project like home improvement projects tend to be. They were always available to talk. We are extremely satisfied with the final product and would recommend them for your projects without any hesitation. We look forward to working with them in our future projects.

I am a Real Estate investor and worked with Dave on flipping a house. Major rehab... he was so great to work with and easy going, accommodating and nice! I plan on using him for my future investments. He also has an interior design consultant he refers to to make sure I was completely taken care of regarding aesthetic and function of the updated home. The designer knew very well where to put the money and how to stretch a dollar to give the maximum ROI on my investment. Hats off to Dave...totally honest and hard working!!

Dave and his team were great! He was responsive, on time, accommodating, and conscientious. I appreciated Dave's professionalism and great communication skills. He and his team removed the old popcorn ceiling, put up crown molding and painted the ceiling and walls. Everything looks great. I would use him again on future projects.
