Exotek Pest Defense

We had a rodent problem in our crawl space in Half Moon Bay and initially contacted another company to rodent-proof the space. A short time later it was clear that the rodents were back and active. Disappointed with that service, we turned to Exotek. Todd came out shortly after we submitted our initial inquiry to do an inspection and identified numerous shortcomings in the prior company's work. We then used Exotek for rodent-proofing and sanitization of the crawlspace, and I have been very impressed with their work. The communication was great, technicians were on time for both the initial work and follow-up appointments, and most importantly they seem to have solved our rodent problem. Thanks to Todd and Exotek for finally resolving the issue for us!

I'm not sure about all of these 5 star reviews. After Todd sprayed for carpenter ants in my Pacific Heights building, they came back but a few days after his 30-day warranty ran out. Rather than pay another $350, I hired a new pest control guy who is fantastic and treated the area with the ants. When the ants came back (after 30 days), he was happy to return at no charge and spray the area again. He said the tenants used their own treatment which invalidated his spraying. He's wonderful and his name is German from Redwood City - and he was half the price. Never again will I use Exotek after paying $350 for nothing.

They responded to my service request very quickly (within a day). However, the ants (reason for call) did not go away. I know I could have had them come out again for free, but it is a big hassle to find the time and then be out of the house for three hours.

I had a number of rats/mice that infested the ground floor of my home including garage area. Glue traps alone did not solve the problem. I am glad I called Exotek.
