Fairway Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Fairway has been around a long time so you know you are getting an established company that knows what they are doing. I've had several issues both plumbing and heating/air in the past. Rick installed an air conditioner for us and decades later, it is still going strong. Vince recently installed my kitchen faucet and left my sink area looking better than it was when he arrived. They seem to be one of the better priced companies out there so I feel they are a good value for the money and they stand by their work.

If you have found Fairway - you found a JEM!! Rick is a very honest very patient polite and fair person. He doesn't try to upsell or take advantage - his focus is to find the problem and fix the problem. On both visits to my mommy's home he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. That's it! Just great workmanship and outstanding service with integrity. As for Vince - you can't ask for a more stellar honest hard working guy with a huge heart! He will do all he can to make it right. *Again - a jem of a company! Wish they could work on our Palo Alto commercial property but they stay in the east bay - so if you have found their info., I say lucky you --- just give them a call!!

We have used Fairway plumbing for years and there's some of the kindest, nicest fair professional I mean, I can go on and on and on about them. Quality great value, amazing customer, service, professionalism, and honesty. These are all things that we look at and like in a business as well as our friendships. Fairway plumbing is the answer to your plumbing needs. Do I recommend them highly without a doubt? They are the best!!!

I have used Fairway Plumbing Heating & Cooling several times for plumbing needs over the years. They respond right away, and Vince has been great in taking care of each problem. In December a service by another company stated my furnace was in need of immediate replacement. I called Rick Heffern for a second opinion. He came next day, assured me that the need was not imminent nor as expensive as the quote given. I did decide on replacement, and Rick was available to answer questions and provided professional services. Efrain was on time and professional with installation and clean up. As a senior, I need a company I can trust and rely on. I highly recommend their services.

I updating my review on Fairway. My furnace stopped working and R Heffern was recommended. I didn't realize he was from Fairway. He fixed the problem and was professional. Also got a senior discount.
