I can only speak about this locations acupuncture, but it is stellar. The person I see is highly skilled & qualified, with many years of practice - I can 1000% say I have personally already found a host of relief both physically & mentally in the past 2 months that I've never experienced as an adult, it's overwhelming at first. The ladies working the office are always polite & helpful, check-in is a breeze & I never wait long in reception. A+ experience & clean, warm interior - great location.

I have few regrets, but waiting for as long as I did to see Dr. Chris at Scarborough family chiropractic.... Is a huge regret. I could have spent months without pain! I could have had more sleep, more energy, more mobility! I will never make that mistake again. I noticed improvement after my third visit, and I will never ever again suffer like that.

From the time you open the door to this building you are greeted with a smiles an a multitude of woman who are amazing in wanting to assist you, Dr, Dr. Elizabeth Doane is amazing Acupuncture & cupping and Dr. Chris is absolutely awesome. Great all around staff all willing to assist you in any way.

Back in July, after listening to me complain about my back (and witnessing me yelp out in pain when I stood up from dinner), a friend recommended that I try a chiropractor for my back - or maybe acupuncture. She had been going here for years and swore by them. So, I made an appointment and kept it! And, you know - here it is about 5 months later and I'm really glad I did. I met with Dr. Cayer for an initial assessment which included x-rays and thermo scans. From here, he sat down and showed my where my "problem" areas were and shared with me a treatment plan. It seemed like an aggressive plan - 4 weeks with 3 visits per week, 4 weeks at 2 per week, and then onto a maintenance plan of once a week. Now, I must admit a couple things. One - getting "cracked" scared the crap out of me. And, two - I wasn't really sure I believe it would help. Well - the getting "cracked" part is still very weird to me, but I definitely believe it works. My back is SO MUCH better. I have bad days here and there, but they are few and far between. And, the pain doesn't stop me from doing anything anymore. I look forward to my weekly visit - and it only takes 5 minutes. In and out! I've also used their massa

I love these guys so much! Dr. Cayer is very thorough in his explanation of their practices, your anatomy, and what the plan is moving forward to fix whatever is wrong with you. Beyond the great care, the office is beautiful, the front desk women are so friendly and welcoming, and if you get massage or acupuncture done, that part of the office is very zen like. I could not recommend a place more!
