My experience with F&WDR was excellent and very professional. I engaged their service for the first time after my tenant’s natural death inside the property and it was like a crime scene. They did an exceptional job cleaning up and coordinating with the building. They also returned to clear the stubborn odor. I highly recommend F&WDR.

Justin did a great job from estimating the work needed to actually implementing the work needed. He was also very patient with my questions and gave me a lot of tips for the subsequent repair service.

Justin was very good at knowing and explaining the ins and outs of dealing with a property leak, the damage he was discovering, insurance issues, timelines, etc., and was super patient with me as I learned on the fly.
