I hired Five or Free Electrical Solutions through Yelp for service scheduled on 2/11/26. They were very responsive in setting up a free quote on 2/10/26 and quickly scheduled the service for the next day. To secure the appointment, I had to prepay for a package that included full diagnostics and replacement of up to two devices... However, the overall experience resulted in a multi-day setback that impacted my next urgent project and now not allowing me to move forward due to the long weekend (president's day).
