FloodDRY Water Damage Restoration

Excellent service! I called FloodDry after a plumbing issue caused water damage to our first floor ceiling. They were so quick to reply and address the damage. It was easy to get clear answers to any questions and they made the whole process very straightforward.

I am a repeat customer of FloodDry and have had two great experiences - first in November 2025 and second in June 2026. In November 2025, a faucet in an upstairs laundry room was left running (by yours truly, my bad), resulting in a flood in the laundry room that ran through the floor and into the ceiling and walls of the dining room located below the laundry room. FloodDry visited within hours of my call, gave a fair quote, and started the next day. They isolated the rooms with plastic sheeting, put protective paper lining on the floors, and then removed the wet drywall and baseboards in the laundry room and the wet drywall in the ceiling and walls of the dining room. They used their sensors and experience to identify what was wet and how much drywall to remove. Then, they deployed fans and dryers to fully dry the wet walls and rooms. Three days later, both rooms were completely dry. They then removed all of the plastic sheeting and floor paper and swept and vacuumed until the rooms were spic and span clean. Terrific job all around - done professionally and for a fair price.

We had water damage at a rental property recently, which made things more challenging since it caused inconvenience to our tenants, and also, we needed to make multiple trips. But FloodDry made everything so much easier. Konstantin is very experienced, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He took detailed photos during the initial visit, so work could start immediately once we hired them, without retaking 'before' photos for the insurance. He handled all insurance paperwork, so we didn't have to worry about anything. The work was completed on time, just as originally planned.

I did a full service here. I can not believe it can be done as fast as this. Konstantin gave me a lot of suggestions for communication with my interior insurance. It helps me saved around 4000+ dollar lost. And their price was lower than the insurance companies that quoted. And helped me do a lot of house fix work even other than the water damage. I'm extremely grateful for this team.
