Flooring Liquidators

I bought 2 pre fab slabs at the Modesto slab yard and wherehouse! they asked me to pick out the ones I wanted. So we tagged them both! my installer went to pick them up and they sold th out from under me! I spoke to themanager at the slab yard and manager of the wherehouse they showed no concerns and said nothing they can do! Has to be the worst customer service eve!r!! Flooring liquidators Sucks please don't give them any business!!!

Went to buy carpet in McHenry. Great service. But when I went to pick it up at the warehouse, 2 ladies were at the corner. One was helping another customer. The other just sat there on her phone. Never said anything. The other lady said we will be with you in a bit. The other just ignored me. If they have 2 people working the counter, they should both be working. Just saying she has real bad customer service and should not be working the counter.

We recently needed to change flooring unexpectedly in our home. I met Amelia when I came in to explore options and she was incredible! She was very patient with me, walked me through several options and worked diligently to get the flooring delivered and installed on time. We are very happy with the new installation. The crew they sent did an outstanding job and we are so happy with the entire team.

Beware! My wife and I went to Flooring Liquidators to do flooring in our downstairs of our home. We chose the floor and purchased it and we were referred an installer by Flooring Liquidators... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! POOR SERVICE STARTS AT THE TOP.

1 Star - Complete waste of time! I was told the tile I needed was in stock, given one price, and also told they would match the lowest price... Lost half a workday for nothing. This is not how you treat customers, especially professionals. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
