I had a truly superior experience with Foundation Solutions raising the sidewalks around my home. Chris's estimate was thorough and clearly backed by years of experience. Jason and Omar showed up prepared, worked carefully, and made sure each foam injection lifted the concrete exactly where it needed to be. They were professional, detail-oriented, and left everything clean. The finished work is excellent and solved the trip hazards I was worried about. I met with two other companies beforehand, but their estimators didn't inspire confidence--one even used high-pressure tactics. Foundation Solutions stood out from start to finish. Their bid was between the two other companies but was clearly the best value.

We just moved to a century-old home and knowing that the foundation needed work, we called Foundation Solutions. We had worked with them in the past on our previous home when it had settling issues and didn't hesitate to reach out to them this time around. Bret Everling (Product Manager) was exceptional in his efforts to meet our needs, answer questions, and provide prompt follow-up whenever we reached out. I never felt rushed in the process, and he and the administrative team were very accommodating throughout. The team that came out to do the work arrived on time and were very efficient. The senior foreman, Humberto, did a great job communicating every step along the way. He and his team, Andrew and Orlando, were all very professional and were careful to minimize any disruption. When the work was complete, Humberto provided a very thorough summary of the work completed. All in all, I feel very confident with the work performed and would highly recommend them for any foundation repair.

My house needed stabilization with piers and I hired Foundation Solutions (FS) to tackle this issue. I had three bids and chose FS as I found the interaction professional and felt confident in their competency. My experience was exceptional from start to finish. My project manager, Kyle was the first person I interacted with- he came to review the scope of work for my house. He was excellent; he took time to answer all my questions, including some related to competency of the crew, liability issues, and more- none of my questions were brushed off- all questions were answered and I felt most comfortable working with FS. Kyle updated me throughout the process on the timeline for permits and while the work was being done. I had a stellar Senior Foreman, Humberto leading the project. His two additional team members, Andrew and Darren were awesome as well. They hand-dug the excavation areas and treated the property with care. During the process, we had a surprise- they discovered a grey line underneath the foundation, which is apparently not common. They use Ram Jack which was minimally invasive. They truly run their organization like a well-oiled machine. Our project manager, Brett Everling, was excellent. He kept us informed every step of the way, from the project planning to the city permits and construction schedule. We just finished having Foundation Solutions (FS) complete a seismic upgrade to the foundation under the EBB program and fix some foundation cracks. FS was the cheapest of the three bids we received since they proposed the least invasive of the foundation crack repairs (50-75% cheaper than the other two since they were going to cut out parts of the foundation). I confirmed with an independent engineer that FS's proposal made sense compared to the other two and the engineer confirmed that FS had a good reputation, so we went ahead with FS, since why spend money you don't need to. Kyle was great to work with on all the paperwork for the EBB and Berkeley funding programs we were using. He was also very responsive throughout the process. We ran into a few hiccups along the way, but I am still giving them 5 stars since I work in construction and I rarely experience a project that doesn't have some hiccups, but how the contractor responds to the hiccups makes all the difference. Kyle always owned the hiccups and jumped in to fix them without me having to push, throwing in some unasked-for extras to make up for any issues.
