We had work done for installing a heat pump heating and cooling system in San Francisco, had numerous issues, and now a few years later the cooling system is broken and it is only producing warm air. I called to have it serviced, as it is within the 5 year warranty window, and it no longer has a functioning phone number. All the numbers lead to nothing. I feel duped, similar to the other recent reviewers. From what I understand, this is fraud.

My experience with Attic Bright was pretty much the absolute worst case scenario you could imagine. I had a tenant that made every situation a high stress situation and explained this clearly to Jonathan and Dave. The installation went seemingly ok until I found my furnace was non-functional and discovered subcontractors had stolen parts. The lack of accountability by Attic Bright is baffling.

We had high hopes using Attic Bright for our HVAC system installation. The execution fell below par; we were left with a poorly installed system that did not pass inspection, and communication after payment was extremely challenging.
