Charged me more than the quote for a yard that didn't need to be cleaned up. The crew came out once for fall clean up before all the leaves fell. In the spring I cleaned up the rest of the yard. The crew showed up late April. I went outside to tell the crew nothing was in the yard and they said 'We saw that'. They blew around about 5 leaves and charged me $110. The owner ignored my emails, phone calls and voicemails.

After working with another previous landscaping company in the area, the difference with Jack and his team is truly night and day. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and do an amazing job every time. Jack's quotes, proposals, and contracts are always transparent, fairly priced, and clearly outline the scope of work, which we really appreciate. He also does a great job communicating--sending emails ahead of time so clients know exactly what to expect before services begin and a newsletter to all clients as well. Anytime I've had a question, he typically responds within 30 minutes to an hour. This past weekend, his crew arrived around 7:30-8:00 AM to work on our yard and were extremely respectful and mindful of the timing, especially given the day of the week. I truly can't say enough positive things. Thank you, Jack and team!

These guys did unauthorized work on my property and charged me for it. This after they tried to get me to sign up for Autopay without giving me anything in writing. Run away.

Buyer Beware!! This low rating is not based on the service provided, but more their business practices. After receiving multiple 'surprise' invoices (for work that was done without being requested or notified about some that were upwards of $500.00 each) last season, I spoke with them and said I want be notified prior to any more work being done this season. Including when the work was to be done, what work was going to be done and how much it would cost. I was given quotes for the initial spring mulching and maintenance as well monthly visits. Well even though I thought it was a little pricey at $410. (especially where I had paid them handsomely to prepare the beds for the winter last fall) I agreed to the initial visit. So, apparently they showed up at some point this spring because I did notice it had been mulched, and not much else....a week or later I got an invoice for $645.00!. With a note on the invoice about 'extra work' that need to be done, which not only was false but I guess that means that winter prep they charged me for last fall wasn't worth it. Thank God I didn't give in to their overly aggressive push to get me to sign up for 'AUTOPAY' because their getting the pa

Starting at 8:00am on Sunday morning, they fired up a gas-powered hedge trimmer that sounded like a chainsaw and spent 45 minutes hacking away and waking up the entire neighborhood on this holiday weekend. Completely disrespectful and totally uncool.
