Generation Builders

We had an excellent experience working with Generation Builders on our kitchen remodel. Everyone was very kind and easy to work with. Project managers were knowledgeable and kept the project moving forward. We finished on time despite a product delay that was outside their control. They demonstrated excellent work ethic and played close attention to detail. We appreciated their honesty as surprises almost always come up during a remodel, but we never felt like they were pushing anything extra or unnecessary. Admittedly, we were probably what you'd call "high maintenance" at times and they were kind and patient with us throughout. We would hire them again!

Generation Builder's was referred by our architect, and it was one of the best decisions. Working with Leonardo and Lucas has been great. They are always willing to meet, and work really really FAST. They are super nice, respectful and work hard - coming in 745am and leaving at 5pm. He made sure that the place we moved in was safe for our kids, and he made sure we were happy with their work - and we are! I've always been worried about inspections in Millbrae- Leonardo always reassured us and passed inspections with no problems. I'm sure to use Generation Builders again in the future!

The first thing that attracted us to Generation Builders was their name and company logo... what we discovered was a treasure of craftsmanship, knowledge, and talent. Their demo and construction team was led by a man named Igor, who is the best plumber, carpenter, and masonry person we have ever worked with. I cannot say enough about the quality of work the crew accomplished. The crews always showed up at 8am every day and worked solidly till 5pm. The work area was separated from the rest of the house by a thick plastic zippered door that greatly minimized the impact of the job on the cleanliness of our house. They reused our existing shower doors and saved us a considerable amount of money. We would highly recommended Generation Builders for any home projects. They will definitely be back to take care of our next job.

One of our clients needed a full remodel to their floors, bathrooms and kitchen so I recommended generation builders as I've worked with them before. It was with some trepidation when we made the commitment to remodel our entire house. Have always heard the nightmare of stories of sporadic appearances by workers, disputes between contractors, delays, delays, delays. We found Generation Builders in Burlingame and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Leonardo had our trust as soon as we met him. He was able to help us visualize the big picture from the start. He's not just a general contractor but in so many ways a designer. My wife and I were unsure of exactly what we wanted on a few details. He's very decisive and always led us in the right direction. Unexpected things can come up in the process. He always thought of a cost effective way to work through it. A smart, creative man. Our house was built in 1978 and we did nothing to it since we bought it in 2002. It was time for a full remodel! You would expect the work to require at least 6 months. The entire structure was finished in a little more than 3 months! The work performed was outstanding. Our house is beautiful.
