Gilor remodeling is one of the best contracting companies I've worked with and I have remodeled 6 homes. Their quote was not the cheapest but not the highest. They were realistic and they finished a total remodel (all walls were down to studs and they moved walls) on-time and on-budget. Really! No cost overruns or excuses etc. They were amazing and I would you highly highly recommend them.

The best! My mom hired Gilor Construction for a full ADU remodel at her house, and the experience exceeded expectations. They started in mid-December and finished by April 7, earlier than we anticipated, and that timeline included a major setback: an 80-foot redwood tree fell on the house during a Christmas storm. The roof was crushed, part of the structure separated, and we lost power for nearly a week. It was a stressful situation, and they handled it. They repaired all of the damage and still completed the full project within budget. That alone says a lot about how they run their jobs. Or Haim, the owner, is very communicative and genuinely cares about making sure everything meets expectations. That level of involvement made a difference. The fantastic onsite team was led by Jesus, who treated the project like it was his own home. He was thoughtful, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in the work. We would absolutely hire Gilor again and are happy to serve as a reference.

We had an excellent experience with Gilor Remodeling Group, especially Jesus (project manager) and Arturo (one of the work crew). We've done several other home improvement projects in the past and had such a headache with the contractors and sub-contractors not showing up when they said they would, or not paying attention to details, so I know how rare it is to find a contractor you actually like! Plus, their bid came in much lower than the three other contractors who quoted for us. We replaced four bathroom vanities which seemed like a small project, but required more skilled work than we originally imagined - including redoing plumbing and moving electrical to accommodate the new layout of vanity, mirrors, and lighting. The crew was very careful to cover surfaces to prevent damage (and also avoid dust getting on all our things) and to clean up their tools and equipment at the end of each day so we could have our space back. Arturo did really stellar work and clearly pays attention to the small details, like smooth caulking lines and patching each little area of drywall and paint to ensure a completely finished project. We hired Gilor Remodeling Group after interviewing 6 contractors. Our scope of work included a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, which included removing walls. We also smoothed and painted all walls (level 4) and installed new hardwood floors throughout the entire house. We also did some additional work to remodel our fireplace. We spent several hours with each contractor. In the end, we picked Gilor because we really liked the project manager / founder Or Haim, who personally managed the project and had significantly more experience than the other project managers we met. When it came to the structural work, they made sure to do it right. In fact, when our kitchen designer came to take measurements, she commented that it was clear our contractor knew exactly what he was doing and had put in a proper structural support and framing. This was critical because we were installing posts and load-bearing beams that were recessed and flush. They were meticulous in laying out the electrical and re-routing all the plumbing -- gas lines, water lines, you name it. You really need a contractor who knows his stuff for this kind of work, because the last thing you want is an incorrect installat

I lost power due to a recent storm and I needed some concrete improvements done for PG&E requirements in order to get power restored. Jesus and his team were working on a remodel at my neighbor's house and were kind enough to work on short notice late into the night to pour some concrete for me. They were extremely helpful and I am very grateful for them.
