The problem was solved in 3 days! Movers had moved our 2 file cabinets and the key which worked before no longer did. April came to the house, showed professionalism and shared her knowledge as she tried to make a new key which didn't work. She took the file cabinet to the shop to get an impression of the lock. She returned with a key which worked on the cabinet but it would not on the second cabinet! She brought her brother, co-owner back to the house and between them and an apprentice, they moved the heavy wooden cabinet in all directions to dislodge the contents. Voila! It worked and we have two functional cabinets. They displayed their experience and their perseverance in solving a problem and their charge for the 3 visits was fair and reasonable. I'd recommend them for any locksmith problem. It will be solved!

Contacted Golden Gate to have locksmith work done on our Church Bus...they responded promptly and went the extra mile to replace a lock on the rear door of our Church bus, a shout out to April, she was patient and professional.

I was very worried because I heard how expensive it could be to a place a car key with an engine kill key fob. I'd been hearing quotes of $150 or more and I was dealing with a broken key for a long period of time. I was presently surprised when I called and the person I spoke with was very pleasant and quoted me a manageable price. I was provided service by someone who was very customer oriented and professional. I appreciate that it's also a multi- -generational, black owned business. I would recommend anyone to this business.
