Someone from the office had responded to my ad. She messaged that owner needed additional information but that did not seem to be true and she quoted $3500 minimum for the job. This company in Walnut Creek must be making a desperate attempt to get any ole job (even in San Francisco) since stucco work is not listed on their Yelp page.

This company was referred to me by a friend since we needed to repair the exterior wall. From the time I called for an estimate to the time when the project was completed, the service was excellent. Leo, the project manager, was especially helpful in the walk through and the estimate. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. The project was completed in reasonable time and within budget. Through out the project, Leo was always on top of things.

Golden State did a great job building my new deck. Jonathan was very helpful from start to finish in managing the project. Also, José was terrific on site.

BEWARE! RUN - don't walk - away! The initial consultation went well, and they gave me an estimate on the spot which was far less than the closest competitive bid, but after contacting some past clients I uncovered the nightmare of how these guys work.

Excellent. Jonathan was punctual at his evaluation appointment, and knowledgeable about solutions for repairing our deck. The crew was conscientious, efficient, and tidy. I would definitely recommend Golden State Builders Group.
