Golden State Stucco

I initially went to Golden State Stucco because of Yelp reviews to be honest, I like what people were saying about the owner, the staff, the quality of work, all of it. I got another back up quote as well. I went with Golden State in the end, it was a little higher but some things you just don't go cheap on and this was a huge investment for me at least so I wanted the best of the best. Kirt (owner) was top notch from start to finish and even went out of his way in the to do extra touches to make the house even better, in addition to a TOP NOTCH stucco job. I love it! Kirt and I put our heads together early in the game and came up with a custom color that is so pleasing to the eye. Because of his expertise and keen eye for the details he made trim suggestions that while of course adding to the contract, only enhanced the overall look, and it just gave the house that extra "wow" factor. And me being a single woman, naïve to the process, would have never known to add "trim" and he helped with that process as well, noting what trim would look best. This was the most pleasurable experience we have had with any major construction project on our house. From the office on down everyone was so nice and professional. We are so happy with the work, the way they left the yard, everything. The price was worth every penny too. You get what you paid for. Highly recommend.

Golden State did a great job for me, very professionally. I'd recommend them to anybody! Golden State was not the first stucco firm that I called. I got a few recommendations from friends, etc. But after wasting a few weeks waiting for callbacks, and NEVER getting one, I tried Golden State. They called back promptly, and came by to do an estimate in less than a week. Kirk was very professional and informative, and quickly answered all my questions. The estimate was pretty reasonable, I think. It was a couple weeks until they could start work. Their guys were very friendly and very professional. I watched how they did the work, and was pretty impressed by how meticulous they were with getting the waterproofing done right. And they cleaned up perfectly after each day's work. Results look great (nice match to existing stucco)! And, I have to say, it was nice to be able to call their office and talk to a (nice) real human being. Stephanie was responsive and answered emails almost immediately. If you need stucco, I'd definitely recommend that you contact these folks.

Our house had worn out wood on the front of our house. We had Golden State Stucco take care of adding stucco to replace the wood. We had a great experience with them. Gina in the office was terrific. She was always prompt in returning emails and answering any questions. Kirt was wonderful. He met with my husband and explained the job to him. They accommodated late changes we had. They did a great job of blending the new stucco with the old stucco. They made recommendations for things we didn't even think about. It was so much fun coming home to a brand new house... The difference is amazing. We would definitely recommend them. I'm not one of those yelpers who posts about every experience but Golden State Stucco deserved a great review. UPDATE: we just had our house painted the front of the house looks great and you can't tell old stucco from new stucco. We also had a large dog door cover up and now that it's painted, you can't tell where it was.
