Highly recommend working with Ben! When you call, you speak directly with him so it was easy to ask questions and schedule an appointment. I had a really frustrating time scheduling something with another locksmith but with Ben I was able to schedule something within a week. I was also thinking about doing a specific project, so he asked me to send photos of my doors and gave me some advice. It was easy to communicate with him, even through text. On the day of, he was quick and professional and got the job done easily. Overall I'm happy with how this job went and would work with Ben again!

My front door lock was jammed and I couldn't get the deadbolt to release. It was a very complex, high-end lock. I called Greenkeys and Ben reassured me that he had experience on quite a few of these locks. He gave me an estimate range. It was not an emergency since we could still get in the house from other doors. Ben arranged to come within a couple of days, was very communicative with arrival time and showed up on time. Ben unjammed the door pretty quickly and then spent half an hour aligning it correctly so it wouldn't jam again. Ben was friendly, very easy to work with, showed up as indicated, charged me as predicted, and was on his way within an hour. I would call Ben again any time.

Ben is exceptional. My Mom (who lives in a different state than I) locked herself out late at night. After I found and contacted Ben, he was kind and professional enough to communicate to both of us over the phone, and get to my Mom's very quickly.
