Great service from REMOVEDfixing a leak in one of our water pipes. He came out the same day, fixed the issue and was a pleasure to work with.
Purchased a yearly maintenance contract from Harris. Called for an a/c maintenance service. Harris called near the end of the day and said they were too busy to honor the appointment. Explained the issue to a representative who said sorry and scheduled an appointment for a morning appointment. Called when no one showered for the new date and they said the next tech would respond.
