HB Kitchen Bath

We used HB to remodel our bathrooms and could not be happier with the results. They are beautiful and functional. The project manager King came by multiple times when we had some small issues and fixed them himself-- we are so happy with the work and HB's commitment to making sure everything was done right! Everyone we interacted with at HB was professional, kind, and helpful.

We have hired HB for multiple projects, the latest being our kitchen, but they have also renovated our garage and bathrooms. Working with Christine on design and coordinating with King on the project itself, we always felt like they were considerate of our needs and the renders they provided us were second only to the finished product. They have earned our goodwill and while I think we've finished most of what we're planning, we do intend to use them for future touch-ups and heartily recommend them to both our friends and you.

We recently finished our kitchen remodel with HB. Aidan was our project manager and Christina helped with our cabinet and floor design. Both of them were very helpful and professional. Aidan and his team were very prompt. The project was completed on time and Aidan kept us informed of different milestones along the way. He also managed the city permit and inspections. His team was very courteous and cleaned up after themselves everyday. Overall we are happy with the work and would recommend them.

We hired HB to redo/expand 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, and flooring throughout the house. I enjoyed working with Aidan, the manager, and Christine, who works in the showroom. They are both responsive, easy to work with, good communication skills. Pricing is competitive, total project was about $100k. We did not need to haggle or negotiate, we took their pricing and scope at face value. It's been 2 years now, but things were starting to break down at the 1-year mark, and I have a lot of issues with the trades people that HB subcons. Flooring: Less than 18 months in and our floors started buckling and falling apart. This could be due to (1) poor installation; (2) poor material; and/or (3) bad subfloor. If (2), they should have told me / the material should not have been showcased in their showroom nor sold to me. Ultimately, we hire professionals for their advice/expertise, I should not have been steered in this direction, especially as we gave no indication that pricing was an issue. If (3), then they should have told me, and I would have been happy to pay for the subfloor to be fixed. If (1), then shame on them. HB recently remodeled our kitchen and bar and we are very happy with their services and the final results. The whole kitchen including flooring was removed and replaced with new cabinets, flooring, countertops, and appliances. We had to convert our electric stove top to gas, which required to have the gas line extended from garage to kitchen. We also rearranged the location of the refrigerator. Our project manager King was very reliable and on top of the all the assignments daily and provided updates daily. His response time was always quick when we had questions, and monitor the whole project to ensure work was done to our satisfaction. Aline helped us with material purchases and layouts. She makes excellent recommendations on cabinet placements, very knowledgeable and helpful to ensure materials and appliances were delivered as expected. We will definitely have them back next year to do our bathrooms! Thank you!
