As a person, Melissa was very nice. As a divorce attorney, she's the worst I've experienced after working with 5. She didn't incorporate a stipulation for my children's college funds into my final divorce decree which is malpractice ...among countless other issues. I asked her to return some of her attorneys fees because this was her error - she refused and was beyond rude. I can't afford to hire a malpractice attorney so this error has cost me $50k+. I would never recommend Melissa to anyone after she botched my entire divorce.
