Viktor just finished repairing our high end LG Washing machine - drain pump and also "seeding" the interface unit, and it was absolutely stellar. Impeccable cleanliness, neat, orderly. Diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me the faulty (broken) old drain pump, he had new ones in his truck (at all times)! Complete the replacement repair quickly, tested and confirmed, and fixed the UI connector at the same time. If only every repair was this easy and successful and affordable! Viktor in particular is great. I have if any other appliances ever need attention, I have peace of mind now with Viktor and Hi-Tech appliance in my contacts.
