I got a great floor at a great price with Home Elements. At first I didn't have time to make an appointment so I went to other flooring show rooms. Unfortunately they were not very informative. Choosing a floor for your first home is a big decision! Then I circled back to Home Elements and made an appointment for consultation with Jocelyn. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my valuable time with all the other places. Jocelyn educated me on flooring options, thoroughly went through all the pros and cons to each type so that I could make a decision I was happy with. Jana was very helpful too. I ended up with a smooth grey hardwood floor that I love, it perfectly suits my taste. I knew that wood was a natural element so I took precautionary measures to protect my flooring by putting felt pads on the bottom of my chair legs. But one chair leg scratched my floor slightly. I called the store for advice and Jocelyn showed me how to cover my entire chair leg properly to prevent further scratches. I greatly appreciate this because she was very responsive, even after some time had passed with my initial transaction.
