I had a deep cleaning service for my apartment. They did an amazing job wiping down all the baseboards, window sills, and getting all the dog hair.

I contacted this company for a deep cleaning quote for my bedroom and was initially given a quote. Afterward, I mentioned that I had already hired another cleaning company first but was unhappy because several areas were still left dirty, which is why I was looking for a better service. Once I disclosed that another company had already cleaned the room, I was told they do not like taking jobs previously cleaned by other companies and that I should ask the original cleaners to come back instead. The response honestly felt dismissive and unprofessional.
