Dany and his crew at I Construction are the best. We had a really tough job at a difficult site, needing to demo and replace a large failing concrete parking deck, a separate wooden deck, and a retaining wall. All of these are on a steep slope up a very narrow windy road. Dany gave me an immediate quote on the spot and made some great recommendations for us, even if we didn't go with him. But I'm glad we did! He handled the permits and the required plans. He was very flexible, accessible, and accountable throughout the whole process. This was some seriously difficult work, and his experience was invaluable. Whenever something unexpected came up, he always gave me a couple of choices on how we could deal with it, but he was also willing to entertain my ideas. The finished product looks fantastic and is super solid. I would use him again and would 100% recommend Dany for structural projects like this.

Danny Betyordekom of I Construction in San Rafael just completed remedial structural work on my home in Mill Valley. He and his team exceeded my expectations. Due to a job postponement they were able to start our project the following day. The result was a beautiful wall, completed on schedule. Danny showed up early, furnished a virtually instantaneous estimate, then carefully timed his work to match a time we were on vacation. The work was done on schedule and within the budget Danny gave us and frankly it was a pleasure to have his crew working on the house. Danny texted pictures of the progress while we were away! I could not recommend him more highly, as we're thoroughly delighted with the work he did on our home.

We found this company through Home Advisors when we needed extensive repair work on our very large front deck that included removal of several layers of the old Deck 70 coating and decayed plywood, rebuilding the substructure, and eventually applying a waterproof membrane over it before installing a new topcoat. After we came to an agreement with Dan Betyordekom of I Construction to do the work, we braced ourselves for the disruptions and turmoil such a project typically inflicts on an active household. Today, merely 10 days after we signed the contract, we look out on our splendid new deck, which, even according to the building inspector, reflects excellent work. Don's tireless crew showed up on time every day, worked meticulously and professionally, took no shortcuts, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and went beyond our expectations in every aspect. Dan was in constant contact with us to ensure that our normal routines were not affected by the work, and he made sure that the deck would be finished and usable for a baby shower we had scheduled for our son and his expecting wife. The deck was finished in time, and the party was a blast!
