Integrity Garage Doors and Gates

Great experience. I was looking to upgrade Garage Door Opener to latest model. Very easy to schedule service and I was able to get next day appointment. He came on time and was done within the time he had estimated. What I really liked was how he identified components from previous opener that were in good condition and can continue to be used -- giving the new ones to me as spare.

Dean, it was YOU who came to fix my door, every time. Including the final time when you had to fix your prior work after you left with the garage door misaligned a few days before. How despicable bringing up race when race was never mentioned.

Excellent job Dean!!! - Boy, yesterday at 5 pm, the garage door spring blew and I called Integrity. Not only did someone who was VERY customer friendly answer the phone, but within 10 minutes of sending pictures of my broken spring, I had an estimate and they had set a tentative schedule for the next morning!! - Our garage door acts like our 'Main Door'...so, to have it up and running the next morning was outstanding!!! - Done for a fair price and a great value, especially when talking about SPEEDY service! - Thank you!!! - These are my 'go-to' garage door people fro here forward. Ignore the negative reviews(rolling eyes), there are always some people who are never happy. 5-stars solid, happy customer here!!

My garage door broke as I was returning home Saturday evening. Another company had performed repairs on the door multiple times in 2024, but I was highly dissatisfied with their customer service and the quality of their work. So I decided to try a new company. Gary took my call that night and we scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. He sent me a text letting me know he was on his way and arrived on time (early actually). He was transparent about pricing and the recommended repairs. The door was fixed by noon on Sunday. I will be using Integrity going forward.

Contacted Integrity Garage yesterday and scheduled an appointment for today at 11 AM. Received a text from Gary that he would be here on time. And he was. On Sunday night, something fell on the track. The item was removed, but when closing the door it would only go so far and then come back up. The cord was pulled so we could manually close the door. Gary verified the door and track were in good working order. Asked him to complete a maintenance, which he did. Felt confident that garage door will now open and close when needed. Gary was very helpful, and courteous!
