Joselito was AMAZING! He came same day on short notice, and even called me back to setup an earlier appointment when I asked! He came in and diagnosed the FED/FTD error within 5 minutes, and then proceeded to fix it within 10 minutes, even coming up with his own makeshift parts to knock it out! Even a good deal of THAT time was spent explaining the fix to me after I asked a slew of questions about how in the world he was able to fix it so fast!

Jose came on a Sunday which we were super grateful for. He fixed our washer and our ice maker. He was punctual, reasonably priced and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
