A neighbor recommended John for a little patching job in our garage. He was fantastic. He always let us know when he was coming, he and his workers were fast, and the price was very reasonable. The quality of the work was super also. Such little jobs are sometimes hard to get done, but not this time. I'd definitely use John for any bigger work I have, and would recommend him to anyone.

I had him quote me on some backyard concrete work. We discussed a few times what need to be done. His quote was fine with me. But when I asked him to schedule the job, he would not return phone calls or emails. He has the prerogative to decide what jobs he wants to take on, but not communicating ... that is unprofessional. He was a total waste of time!

Left work halfway and won't return calls or messages for weeks. Finally, I have to find another contractor to complete the work. I will not recommend John to anyone.

I needed to replace the lawn on the street curb with concrete and also created a walk way in my front lawn. What I need to point out is how John measured the length of walkway. The other contractor simply added a few more feet as it extended from the curve of the existing walkway. But John measured it based on the real area that needs concrete. This proves John is honest and this is the main reason I hired John. John gave me a very reasonable price and also provided some thoughts on how to replace the curb lawn because it has 3 sprinkles. He also told me the city code of the planter area on the curb. After finishing the job, John also helped me to adjust the sprinkles for my front lawn. Excellent job!! I also recommended John to my neighbor.

John is the best!!!!!!!! After weeks of calling contractors and having people come look at my yard, no one was responding with ideas or reasonable prices. I had just about given up when a friend referred me to John. John came out, came up with a couple different options to go with and his pricing was very reasonable. John is very responsive, patient, helpful, and understanding. We spoke many times on the phone, or over text. He always made sure I knew what was going on. He has a good crew of employees and John does a lot of the work himself. He was always there when he said he would be, and he got everything done on time. He turned our backyard of dirt to our own private oasis that we LOVE. Next spring we will be calling John back to do our front yard. Thank you John for your hard work, we love our yard.
