Technician Christopher Willis came out to take a look at an issue with our kitchen sink drain and quickly figured out it was just a single broken O-ring. Fixed it right away and didn't charge anything!
Quick scheduling and quick fix on the small air leak that we had. Friendly and professional technicians.
Unfortunately our experience with JAzz has been extremely disappointing. Jazz installed a completely new heat pump/HVAC system in our home. The new system has performed significantly worse than the old system it replaced.
Simon did a great job helping us understand our plumbing issues was very informative and knowledgeable, professional and nice. We would definitely use Jazz again!
