Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Unfortunately our experience with JAzz has been extremely disappointing, even if we hired them seeing the good reviews and ratings. Jazz installed a completely new heat pump/HVAC system in our home on July 19. Since the installation, the new system has performed significantly worse than the old HVAC system it replaced. The new system has worse airflow than before! Since the installation, we have been in continuous contact with Jazz to have the issue resolved. However, they have not been able to identify or fix the problem or even sent a senior technician to resolve the issue on site. The process is delayed due to technician unavailability! We find this level of service very unprofessional, especially from a company with such high ratings and a reputation for expertise. This was a brand-new HVAC installation, not a repair of an aging system. We expected the installation to be completed correctly and for any post-installation issues to be addressed promptly. Instead, we have been left with a system that performs worse than the one we replaced and no clear resolution in sight. On top, they charged us around 20k. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Jazz to anyone based on our experience. If they end up resolving the issue, I am happy to refect that on my review.

Simple air, conditioner, replacement .Persistent failures, permanent home damage, and zero management accountability. I am writing this review to follow up on my previous experiences, which have now escalated further. We are now on our seventh service visit regarding this 'new' HVAC system. Despite multiple attempts, they have been unable to fix a persistent leak in the evaporator coil. Instead of a working system, we are now left with a leaking ceiling and permanent damage to our home. We were promised reliability, but instead, we are dealing with ongoing equipment failure, damaged drywall, and a complete lack of response from upper management. The level of incompetence and the lack of urgency from this company, especially considering the damage they have caused to our property, is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

When we purchased our new home in 2007, it came with a brand-new HVAC system. That original system served us reliably for nearly 19 years before it was finally time for a replacement. We chose Jazz Heating & Air based on a very positive sales presentation and were told our new HVAC system could be installed and running within a few days. Unfortunately, our experience after the installation has been extremely disappointing. Since the installation on June 23, we've had six return visits from technicians and a field supervisor. More than 21 hours have been spent at our home trying to correct issues with a brand-new system. We also experienced ceiling damage that required a separate warranty inspection, during which another installation issue was identified. Ceiling and dry wall will now need to be repaired. As of July 5, our brand-new HVAC system has failed completely and will not turn on. While the technicians have been courteous and have continued to come back, it's extremely frustrating to invest thousands of dollars in a new HVAC system and still not have a working air conditioner after nearly two weeks and numerous service visits. My expectation when purchasing a new HVAC system was reliability and peace of mind--not repeated repairs, damage to our home, and ongoing problems. To make matters worse, I have been unable to reach upper management, and my calls have not been returned. We are seniors, and I work from home.
