I had a terrible experience with them! Customer service is HORRIBLE. I've had them out many times to repair different rising problems. Now the floor has lifted in numerous places & the floor has actually cracked.
You Paul, are a joke! Trying to change the number on our check from two years ago, Who does this? You are a fraudster!
Awful experience! We drove two hours to this place and the sales lady has no clue what they sell even being unable to point to where the engineered hardwood is. I wouldn't trust these people to floor a chicken coup.
We had our carpet replaced with LVP 2 years ago by Just Floor It. We started noticing issues with the installation about a year ago and have been trying to contact the company to come take a look at the installation work. My husband has contacted them numerous times and has been left hanging over a year... every time we call, they say they'll call us back and nothing.
