Very knowledgeable shop. You're able to demo a bunch of different espresso machines and make as much coffee as you want. We ended up purchasing a Lelit Mara X and have been happy with it.

I bought my Lelit Elizabeth from Sam around 4 years ago - so this is kind of a late review. But I thought I'd go ahead an leave a review after my monthly backflush reminder email. Sam was very responsive over questions and great to talk to when I was purchasing the machine, At the time, he was the only person who even stocked Lelit locally. Over the years I had a few small issues that I was able to resolve purely over email as well.

Just before the Holidays our DeLonghi Dynamics failed. It was great to make an appointment with a local reputable repair shop. Thanks to Haldor the machine is like new and we got it back earlier than expected. They even did a video of our machine when finished to confirm it was working perfectly. Thank you

They only place to go when your beloved Gaggia or any other coffee maker starts to have problems. Top notch work, service and communication. Worth the time it takes to travel down to Berkeley. Kanen is the best,
