They showed up to my house - I have 2 bathrooms, 1 living room to vacuum only, 1 kitchen to mop only. I was quote $175-225 on yelp and she shows up and did what the same yelp scammer did and doubled it. I am not asking for any trash to be thrown away, 0 reorganization. Just mopping and wiping counters and tables. Bathroom - same floor and counters. I am so tired of these yelp scam illegitimate cleaning companies. 2nd time a cleaner in Novato did this to me and this time I had to ask them to leave.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this business after going with it because of the positive yelp reviews. Maybe they were having a bad day, but the lack of customer service from this business was disappointing.

Maria did a great job cleaning our condo in preparation for putting it on the market. The place was a little dusty due to all the moving we did. She consolidated anything we left and all I had to do was bag it and toss it. Kitchen and bathroom were spotless.
