Promissed to show up on my door in 20mins and it didn't happen. They just use ai to text you and answer calls. This is total scam please avoid as it bite you during emergency time.

I had been calling two days. No call back regards to a key they made .. they know my info and I tell them my info asked and they do not call back in timely manner .. the key has no screw shell came undone and they won't call or help me.. the fact the service was where he used my old key and put new shell I guess and tried locks programming it tried but doesn't work .. and now key is barely holding on to be able to turn the key in ignition let alone door to open or start etc.. guy was untimely on first meeting & tryna get service 2nd time been irritating..
