I had a good experience with Killroy Pest Control -- they were quick to respond and easy to schedule. David checked out my pest issue and was courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
They sprayed for bugs at my work and we're very timely and communicative. Their technicians are friendly and efficient. They have a 60 day guarantee so if you aren't happy with the value for a first time customer, you can call back and have them come back for maintenance so the value is worth it.
Poor Scheduling, Inconsistent Pricing, and Lack of Communication. I had a frustrating experience with Killroy Pest Control before they even set foot in my home. From the start, there were multiple issues with scheduling, pricing, and basic follow-through.
I want to sincerely thank Killroy Pest Control for over 20 years of outstanding service to our residential home in Livermore. Thank you again to the entire Killroy team, and especially to Donald Thomas, for your dedication and excellent work over the past two decades!
