the man showed up and refused to work on the oven because he can't move it due to a injury- I offered to have my husband move it he said no I won't work on it if I can't move it myself- we were clear it was an oven repair. he also looked at the freezer that needed repair for 20 seconds said the solution is to turn it off for two days and it'll be fine. he at least had the professional courtesy to not charge. I rearranged my work day for this - horrible experience.

I've been using Mr. Kim for years. Real old school expertise and always arrives on time. One time a knife poked a hole in my dishwasher and rather than replace the whole thing he repaired it with epoxy (which he had in his truck)--it lasted until the appliance died a natural death. Smart, honest, and reliable. Just about as good as you can get. Highly recommended.

When was the last time ur repairman not only arrives within the agreed time, but shows up early. Has the necessary equipment and knows how to isolate the problem and proceeds to correct it effectively. Also trouble shoots for potential problems and advise you accordingly. This husband and wife team works seamlessly together......such was my experience.

He arrived when he said he would, worked efficiently and cleanly, and charged a fair price for his services. Moreover, he has saved me a lot of money by troubleshooting the issue over the phone, saving an expensive service call. Recommended!
