Kindness Cleaning

Let me start off by saying the property looks spotless!! It is by far one of the best deep cleaning jobs I have ever seen. The owner Sarah is always on site ensuring everything is being properly done by the awesome crew. I even saw her double checking random paintings and areas for dust, talk about meticulous! The prices for the kind of work Kindness did were totally worth it! I've dealt with many other cleaners that have been careless and honestly haven't paid attention to detail.

The completely off-topic and made up, cut & paste response about sums this up. Nothing written as response was or is germaine to anything we discussed. Seemingly no shame. Nor is any of it relevant to her business solicitation online for apartment move-out cleaning services, that followed with an appointment wherein she made it clear she new nothing about the tools of her alleged cleaning trade and no effort was put forth to prepare and present an estimate (it never materialized).

OH MY GOD. Amazing!!! I have never in my life hired a cleaner myself because I'd usually rather do it myself and save the money. I finally decided to pull the trigger, called kindness cleaning on a last minute pinch and I am so so glad the other cleaners didn't work out because they did an absolute top notch job. It was clean to my standards, reasonably priced and they really took the extra effort to add little touches like chocolates (hotel style), noticed things I wouldn't have even bothered with, they went and got flowers to put out, our batteries in my fake candles and the list goes on and on.

I should have written this review sooner, and to be honest I never thought I'd consider hiring a monthly cleaning service in my life. Definitely never thought I'd say it's probably one of the best gifts I've ever received-- but here we are! Sarah's crew raises the vibe a lot. They're friendly and immediately made me feel like they know what they're doing. That is important for me because I get nervous having in-home services from strangers. You just never know! The ladies from Kindness felt like a group of girlfriends who show up to have your back! I feel at ease with them being in my house when I'm not home and that means a lot. I purchased a premium clean because I felt it covered all the bases... but they went above and beyond, for real.

Everyday life is so busy. As a single guy cleaning isn't my forte so I decided to just hire a pro to clean and organize my place. Kindness cleaning showed up early and after the first walk through and cleaning it looked like the first day I moved in and everything was new again. They even used some nice scented essential oils for a nice touch. The mint scent was especially nice, everything was beyond my expectations.
