Hector Lara/LAAC Roofing Services just completed my reroof. Hector's work is great, his timeliness and communication are spot on. I spoke to the building inspector (Piedmont) after the final inspection and he said Hector's work was excellent. Don't be fooled by Hector's lower price than others and his lack of a slick sales pitch, he knows the roofing business and is a hard working, honest guy. I have no hesitation in using Hector again and recommending him to family and friends.

Hector helped to fix the gutter grading in short notice. He was flexible and easy to communicate. The gutter turned out to be more difficult to fix, but Hector patiently evaluated all the options, went to Home Depot to get all the materials, and did a great job fixing the grading.

Hector came by and provided an estimate for the work that was reasonable. I hired him to move a downspout and to install bird netting around my solar system. In addition he cleared my gutters. Work looks good, he was done quickly, and will certainly hire him again for future work.

I just had some work done by LAAC Roofing and Hector and his team did an outstanding job. Issues with the roof were quickly and clearly identified by Hector and he mentioned the ways in which the items with my roof can be corrected properly. We chose LAAC because Hector is honest and also has a strong dedication to doing the work well. The best thing is that there happened to be a rare August rain the day after the roof was finished so I got to see first hand how well the roof performed. I highly recommend this company and am so glad I found them.

Hector and his team did a great job with our roof and gutter cleaning! They were very proactive in replacing some of our broken tiles. They took 3 days and did a very detailed and thorough job. I highly recommend LAAC Roofing Services!
