Called to have some work done on my ac talked to a few different people there about my project they were going to make plans to come out an get my ac running at the last minute after making me wait about a week told me they decided not to do the job without even looking at the work. they make a big deal on their tv commercials about how they do all this work and help everyone but they could seem to come to my house run a new line set from A to B an evacuate the system an fill with new refrigerant. Pretty simple job yet refused to do it on a brand new system an brand new house. I would not recommend to anyone! Stick with reputable companies like P Gagnon and sons in southern Maine.

LaPlante installed a Solar system on my home. They were exceptional. Showed up on time, were friendly, and their employees and work was very professional. There were 2 visits, one to evaluate the site, roof (if your roof is not in great shape, it must be replaced before solar) and plan the installation with 2 guys, the 2nd was the installation with 4 guys. It was installed in a day, and has worked perfectly for the last 5 months.

Made initial contact through app but they never reached out once I provided contact telephone number for further details.

New heat pump installed. Laplante gave the best quote but it was their customer service that won me over. Always replied back quickly with any questions. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. They are my new go to for home services.

Laplante Electric installed our Kohler whole house generator in December. Great group to work with, from sales thru installation. Would recommend without hesitation.
