I am a Real Estate Broker, and have used Walt's foundation inspection services over the years, and can say without a doubt that he is the best in the business! Extremely knowledgeable & professional.

Following up the inspection, I decided to do the foundation repair first. The repair is handled by the Service Department. The lead manager Eddie is extremely helpful. He answered to my long list of questions in great details with much patience, very clearly. Finally we confirmed the details of the work, and it was done by several experienced workers within one day as previously estimated. Highly recommend both their inspection and repair service!

I had Brian Larrabee visit the next morning and do a site survey, and explain to me what the issues were with the foundation and water issues, and what would be necessary to fix them. He did a thorough inspection and explained that the issues were less severe than they seemed. If I had won the bidding on the house, I would surely have had Brian and his team do the repairs.

Brian came to our place and I loved how honest he was. He was extremely professional and told us that we had nothing to worry about, whereas one other foundation company had told us we gotta get something fixed. Loved it.

Larrabee & Associates wanted quite a lot of money just to crawl under our house and make a report of what could be fixed. They were not willing to budge on the amount and were not willing to deduct any part of it from the actual work. We said no thank you.
