LCR Construction

LCR Construction did an amazing job on our recent home renovation. We had worked with Luciano and his team in the past, so he was our first call since we'd already experienced their reliability, craftsmanship, flexibility and kindness. The team painted our 3-level SF home in its entirety, interior/exterior. The attention to detail, especially in the prep work, was phenomenal. This home had 40+ years of deferred maintenance, including multiple rooms with 'vintage' wallpaper. Each surface was handled with care and all who see it are impressed with its complete transformation. Luciano and his team worked respectfully around many other sub-Contractors and stayed in lock-step communication with us at each step. We look forward to working together in the future!

We needed to remodel our bathroom because of a shower pan leak, and Luciano and his team made sure that every step was taken care of with meticulous care! Even at the start with material selection, Luciano offered his design sense, which we greatly appreciated, and recommended good product brands to buy. And during the actual remodeling phase, his team was very punctual and made sure to clean up after work every day (shout out to Fernando, our team lead!) My husband and I were picky with details to which Luciano responded enthusiastically & even proactively offered solutions. And the price point - much more reasonable than any of the big company's quote that don't even give you much customization options! Overall, we're so glad that we found LCR construction & relieved that we now know a good reliable team for any of our construction needs.

Luciano and his crew at LCR Construction did an excellent job renovating our kitchen and both of our bathrooms in the spring of 2022. They were efficient, professional, and hardworking, finishing the entire project in just over 3 months, and their work has held up great for the past two years. Our construction and electrical designs came from an outside firm, but several times Luciano suggested a change to the plans that worked out much better, or figured out creative workarounds for minor issues with the plans. He and his crew also graciously accommodated our requests for some last-minute changes and were quite patient as we waited for the final few pieces of equipment to arrive to complete the project. Overall, we have been quite happy with how everything turned out, and would recommend LCR Construction for other projects like it!

Luciano and his team did a great job fixing several things in my house. Although the project was small, they approached it with the same focus and precision as other big projects. They were responsive and friendly to work with, addressing all of my needs patiently and reliably. I highly recommend them!
