Federico did a amazing job in my roof, they are quick and always show up on time, from demolition, delivery of material to finishing. Federico is always fast to response when i have a questions even if its after hours. Dealing with a family own business like them assures you that they will truly deliver! I reached out to at least 10 contractors and i can assure you, federico is the most reasonable among all of them.

This roofing company gave us the best quote for what we needed without adding on up front amounts for "contingencies". Once our roof tiles were removed there was a little extra work that needed done and we were willing to pay that extra amount. No losing money to contingencies. Very honest and friendly. A little slow coming out to look at the project but once we gave the go ahead they started the next day and finished in that same day.

A good friend recommended Lico's Roofing to me after meeting with many different roofers. Federico and his wife arrived on-time and spent almost an hour on the roof assessing what needs to be done and showed me all my options. His quote was better than all the other roofers. When the rain stopped he immediately called me since there was a one week window to replace my roof before the next rain. His teams arrived on time and are well coordinated between tearing down and putting up the shingles. Everyone is extremely courteous and efficient. Victor the foreman went beyond duty to fix the dry rot and fixed the skylight section. The permit and inspection was all taken care of by Federico and his team. The quality of the work is excellent and he stands behind his work. Federico even came back a couple of weeks later to inspect and did some touch up. I waited and waited for a quote and despite few calls and reminders the quote didn't arrive ..very unprofessional business and staff ..do not recommend.
