What started off as a pleasant and decent quality set of projects turned out to be a total disaster, disappointment and huge nightmare. Eric the owner is knowledgeable and professional but unfortunately their dedication and attention to us and the quality of their work dramatically declined after a few months. We had them work on several projects on our house including a couple of bathrooms, stairs and walls which we were mostly happy with although we had to micromanage a lot of their work, shoddy craftsmanship and continually chase after them. But the last major project, a big walk in closet rebuild was where the biggest nightmare came in where they charged us a lot of money and did incredibly low quality work. We hired a structural engineer for them to follow the plans and they agreed to do it but they didn't even come close to following the plans or the outlined contract. How do we know...because ...We had several LEAKS and when we opened up the walls we saw that they cut corners on almost everything including major structural framework. Not only violating the contract but leaving us unsafe. The project manager/foreman was virtually absent during all of this part of the project

We had an awesome experience working with Loona Construction on a baseboard and trim replacement project. Ed and Chyn were able to get everyone done in just 1 full day, thanks to their efficient work and great communication ahead of the job by Eric. We already have our next job booked with them and know they'll deliver an exceptional result yet again!

Eric and his team are the best! I had them build an entertainment TV wall for our new home, he gave a very good quote with all the details, they came here on time, they have satisfied our modifications very patiently in the process without extra charge. They completed a high quality job in four days, the best part is that his quote is the best among all the quotes I received from Yelp. Highly recommend!

Eric and his colleague came over to fix a rotten beam on our deck as well as a rotten shingle. They did a great job and were very respectful and had good communication with us along the way. He even installed my door strike plates at no cost while he was there, which I appreciate! They went above and beyond by picking up some paint samples and painting the beam and shingle as well.
