Los Gatos cleaners ruined my Chanel Jacket. Not only that but they yelled at me and threatened me. The owner was extremely rude and refuses to acknowledge his fault. I beg you not to remove this review. Hope this is a warning to future customers. He says Chanel used inferior materials but Chanel is top luxury. Will need to take to court.
