Fantastic experience with Los Gatos Roofing. Our last roofing company didn't want out of business nearly the week after they installed it so we were looking for a reputable, stable company that stands behind their work. Craig from LG Roofing gave us some great advice on exactly what we needed for our roof, vent and gutter setup. He was able to work with the roofing manufacturer to overcome some restrictions they had to meet their warranty. He spent a lot of time reviewing every aspect of the project to make us feel comfortable. The roof was installed in 1 day and the gutters in a morning. Extremely quick process and we passed inspection successfully. Pricing was comparable to other lesser known companies. Very professional company that has the entire roofing process down perfectly.

During the research process, the Los Gatos office staff was flexible and patient, and not pushy. They answered many questions and then sent their Project Manager, Bret, to check out our existing roof. Bret was THE BEST! Super knowledgeable, provided great explanations/examples of different options that would fit w/in our budget, and again, was extremely patient w/ my questions.

Los Gatos Roofing came to the rescue when our skylight -- which they did NOT install -- blew off in this week's storm. Although it was Friday afternoon, their crew arrived the same day, made emergency repairs to keep us dry, and DID NOT CHARGE US! Outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. We are very grateful -- highly recommend.
