Needed to replace a rear passenger window. I called ahead to confirm if they had the window in stock and to see if they had time. I was able to make an appointment for an hour later. I arrived and checked in. The service took around 30 min give or take, and it was so cheap I couldn't believe it. $159 for the window and install which was so needed given this is the 4th time replacing a window due to the lovely bipping culture that goes without consequence. Highly recommend this place. Right next to pick N pull in Richmond.

Someone tried to steal my car and broke out one of my windows, luckily they didn't get away but I needed it fixed immediately. Not only did they get me in immediately on a Sunday but they got me in on Mother's Day which I'm grateful for! They also were so fast it took less than an hour and they did a great job. They also vacuumed up the glass in my car which I didn't expect or ask for so that was really nice. They made this whole situation really quick and easy and helped ease my mind. I would recommend them fully!

AVOID THIS PLACE. Shoddy workmanship and they lie about their supposed "lifetime" warranty. They replaced my windshield 2 years ago. Recently the rubber seals started coming loose and when I drive on the freeway it sounds like someone is taking a hammer to my car's roof. So I call to see if they'll reseal it, and mention their lifetime warranty. To which they say, "It's only a 1 year warranty, and it only covers parts." Now check out their website, because it literally says lifetime warranty and details that they'll cover this. So now they're saying I have to pay them more just so they can fix their bad job. If they're not gonna stand by their work, and worse they'll lie to you about it, you're better off going someplace else. You're not gonna save money coming here when you end up having to pay again to get it redone.

Fast and great experience! Called in same-day I took my car in, pricing was reasonable and great compared to other places I called around. Pricing depends on model, make, and year of the car, they told me it would take an hour to replace but I got out of there exactly in 30 minutes! Friendly people, great customer service, would recommend!

In and out within an hour. I was amazed with their response time and having my service completed on same day. Honest pricing and incredible customer service. I had a windshield crack in a couple months ago and as the days went by it grew larger and larger. It was about that time for a replacement. The guys over here took care of my car and did a remarkable job. I highly recommend this business!
