Eric is the guy you want to know if you have any pool or spa needs! Brought a part in that has been hard for me to find anywhere. He immediately knew what it was and found it quickly. Eric was super knowledgeable, helpful & patient. We're new owners to above ground spa & after dealing with the house warranty nonsense, Lucky's Pool was recommended by Leslie's Pool - Fremont. Since Leslie's doesn't touch above ground spas. We're thankful for Eric's quick service & affordable pricing. He made sure we had sympathy for the other company that had service our hot tub prior because house warranty can be rough for small businesses. Eric is an all-around great person. His wife who answered the phone was patient & understanding when questions were asked. I couldn't ask for a better business to go to for above ground spas.
